Joana Isabel Meier

Welcome to my homepage! I work on evolutionary genomics, the ecology and evolution of adaptive radiation, and on hybridisation. My main study systems are Lake Victoria cichlid fishes and Heliconius and ithomiine butterflies. Currently, I am a Bateson Research Fellow at St John’s College, University of Cambridge. From September 2020 on, I will additionally start a Branco Weiss Fellowship.

You can find more information about me and my research on Research Gate, Google Scholar or the Departmental Homepage. For scripts written by me, please go to my GitHub page and for a speciation genomics tutorial, check out the course homepage that I made together with Mark Ravinet. I am also on Twitter.
